Bridgeview Real Estate is a privately held owner, developer, and operator of commercial real estate in Texas with a primary focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties. The company was founded in 2009 and rebranded as Bridgeview Real Estate in 2011. Before launching Bridgeview, our founder was one of the top commercial real estate lenders in the country and issued $8 billion to borrowers in deals he had underwritten. This experience is invaluable in acquiring and managing debt.
Our investments are opportunistic and primarily focus on high-quality real estate in core or secondary markets. We provide unique investment opportunities to deliver substantial returns on behalf of our institutional partners, private investors, and our own principals. While our principals are individually creative, collectively we provide accretive expertise across multiple product segments spanning all facets of real estate, including investment management, asset management, property management, and construction & development.
Bridgeview entered the advisor-sold space in 2020 with an industrial net-lease fund and expanded its product lineup in 2022 by launching its first Delaware Statutory Trust (DST). BV is focused on bringing a unique DST product to market that helps to differentiate the advisor’s practice. The combined executive team's experience across the commercial real estate value chain, from land development to vertical construction to sale and exit, provides us with a unique perspective that sets Bridgeview apart from traditional DST sponsors.
